Hello everyone! Hope you've all enjoyed a nice weeks
fishing - it's been a bit "chilly" though. Here goes for this
weeks report.
Moruya and Tuross
Now that the "cold snap" is leaving and the sun is trying to
shine, conditions should improve and you'll see catches of bream
and perch in the "snags" - try our new Strada "Feral" lures which
will also work well on all types of natives.
Luderick are still being caught around the "hole in the wall" in
Moruya and the rockwall in Tuross.
Beaches and Rocks
Team Tackle World members Nathan and Justine took their bream
gear down to Goulburn Workers the other afternoon and had a ball
catching and releasing good size salmon - one per cast on Arma
Twisties metal slices!
Good drummer are also coming off most headlands at the moment,
along with some nice bream using peeled prawns.
Offshore
Captain Ron onboard Winda Woppa I and II landed himself some
nice catches of mowies and flathead in and around 25 to 35 metres
of water. The water temperature is currently running around
16.5-17 degrees celcius and for those who love whales they are out
there in their multitudes!!
We have also had reports of albacore with some yellowfin
starting to show up out on the shelf as well.
